Admission Procedure

A transparent, fair admission policy is followed in the college. The Application Form for admission may be obtained along with the Prospectus from the College Office. The date of admission is notified in the local newspapers, the College Notice Board and website. Candidates have to report on the date and time of admission with the application form properly filled supported by the necessary documents. The testimonials are to be brought in original for verification. The admission is to be on the spot and purely on merit. However, there is provision for reservation of seats as per govt. rules for the SC, ST, OBC, Sports, Cultural, NCC and physically challenged persons on production of genuine certificates. The admission fee is collected by the concerned bank officials who used to be present on the spot on the day of admission. The tuition fees for the whole year is realised at the time of admission along with other annual dues.

However due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, admission is now converted to online mode through our own web portal for degree course and an Assam Govt. web portal for Higher Secondary course. The principles of merit and reservation are applicable as before.
